Cierra Schwarzkopf

Cierra’s Story

“When I started looking at schools, I knew I wanted to go somewhere for my sport (tennis) and academics (special education). Doane had the best of both worlds, plus a genuinely welcoming and beautiful campus. My time at Doane has been the best four years of my life. Each of my professors and so many staff members across campus know me by my first name; I’m not just a number or another student on campus. And I know these connections with students, faculty, and staff will continue after graduation. I’ve been involved in Omega Psi Theta sorority and Omicron Delta Kappa honor society on campus. I have also served as the captain of the Women’s tennis team and as a Student Ambassador. I’m eager to see the campus grow, providing more opportunities for students in all aspects through the Our Time to Lead campaign.”
