Guidance, Direction, and Strategic Planning
A campaign of this size is no small goal and certainly not an enterprise of little responsibility. Ensuring the campaign goals are met, the funds are used appropriately, and strategic objectives are achieved requires considerable guidance and leadership.
The chairs and cabinet presiding over the Our Time to Lead comprehensive campaign have been selected specifically for their skill and experience in this area. These critical team members have collaborated to bring the campaign to life and will continue to work together to drive the campaign to completion and beyond.

University President
Roger Hughes first joined the Doane family in 1979. He returned to campus as our 13th president in June 2021 after 40 years of learning, leadership and love of the Tiger community.
Institutional Advancement
Marty has served Doane for 15 years as a recruiter and fundraiser and is currently the vice president of Advancement. With experience in private industry personnel management, sales, and leadership positions, he has a diverse skill set that is steeped in relationship building, leadership, and management.
